Ingredients

  • 1 cup Vegan cream cheese
  • 3 tablespoons Nutritional yeast

  • 0.5 teaspoon Smoked paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.5 cup Chickpea flour
  • 0.5 cup Water
  • 1.5 cups Panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 cups Cooking oil for frying

Directions

Step 1

In a medium bowl, combine the vegan cream cheese, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.

Scoop a tablespoon of the mixture and roll it into a ball using your hands. Place the ball on a tray lined with parchment paper. Repeat until all the mixture is used.
