Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons Tahini
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Apple cider vinegar
  • 1 medium Garlic clove
  • 2 tablespoons Nutritional yeast
  • 0.25 cup Water
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Wash and dry all the vegetables thoroughly.

Step 2

Chop the Romaine lettuce into bite-sized pieces and place in a large salad bowl.

Step 3

Add mixed greens to the bowl with the Romaine lettuce.

Step 4

Halve the cherry tomatoes and add them to the bowl.

Slice the cucumber into thin rounds and add to the bowl.
