  • 60 milliliters Vodka
  • 400 grams Canned crushed tomatoes
  • 120 milliliters Coconut cream
  • 2 tablespoons Nutritional yeast
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 10 leaves Fresh basil leaves, chopped

Directions

Step 1

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the penne pasta and cook according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté for about 5 minutes until soft and translucent.
