  • 1 cup Cashews
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil

  • 3 tablespoons Nutritional yeast
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice

  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 cup Water

Directions

Step 1

Soak the cashews in hot water for at least 15 minutes while you prepare the other ingredients.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.

Add the garlic cloves to the skillet and sauté for 2-3 minutes until fragrant and golden but not burnt.
