Ingredients

  • 500 grams radishes
  • 1 medium onion
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 medium potato
  • 4 cups vegetable broth
  • 1 cup coconut cream
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill

Directions

Step 1

Wash the radishes thoroughly and cut them into quarters.

Peel and dice the onion and garlic cloves finely.

Peel and chop the potato into small cubes.

In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat.

Add the diced onion to the pot and sauté until it becomes translucent, about 5 minutes.
