  • 1 cup Coconut milk

  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Pumpkin seeds
  • 1 tablespoon Chopped parsley

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F).

Cut the pumpkin into large chunks, remove seeds and stringy bits, and peel.
