  • 1 large Garlic clove
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Spread the pistachios in a single layer on a baking sheet.

Step 2

Roast the pistachios in the preheated oven for about 5 minutes, or until they are fragrant and slightly golden. Let them cool for a few minutes.

Step 3

In a food processor, combine the roasted pistachios, chickpeas, olive oil, lemon juice, nutritional yeast, water, garlic clove, salt, and black pepper.
