  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.5 cup Water

Directions

Step 1

Start by soaking the raw cashews in hot water for about 10 minutes to soften them. This will help achieve a creamier texture.

Step 2

While the cashews are soaking, peel the cucumber and cut it into chunks. You can also opt to leave the skin on for added texture and nutrients.

In a blender or food processor, combine the soaked and drained cashews, cucumber chunks, half of an avocado, lemon juice, fresh dill, apple cider vinegar, a peeled garlic clove, maple syrup, salt, and black pepper.
