Directions

Step 1

Soak the raw cashews in hot water for at least 30 minutes to soften them. For faster results, you can boil them for 10 minutes instead.

Drain and rinse the soaked cashews.

In a high-speed blender, combine the cashews, nutritional yeast, tapioca starch, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, turmeric, sea salt, lemon juice, and dijon mustard.
