  • 0.25 cups Vegetable oil
  • 0.75 cups Dried cranberries
  • 0.5 cups Cashews (raw, roughly chopped)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.

In a small bowl, mix the ground flaxseed and water to create a flax 'egg.' Let it sit for 5 minutes to thicken.

In a large bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt.
