  • 4 tablespoons Vegan Mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon Mustard
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt

Directions

Step 1

Begin by preparing the vegetables: wash, dry, and trim the romaine lettuce leaves, slice the tomato and cucumber thinly, and pit and slice the avocado.

Step 2

In a small bowl, mix the vegan mayonnaise and Dijon mustard until well combined to create a spread.

Lay one whole wheat tortilla flat on a clean surface or cutting board.
