  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 burger buns
  • 4 tablespoons vegan mayonnaise
  • 4 lettuce leaves
  • 4 slices sliced tomatoes
  • 8 slices sliced pickles

Directions

Step 1

In a food processor, combine chickpeas, cooked quinoa, rolled oats, nutritional yeast, soy sauce, and barbecue sauce. Pulse until mixture is combined but still has some texture.
