Directions

Step 1

Begin by lining an 8-inch square baking dish with parchment paper, making sure the edges of the paper hang over the sides to facilitate easy removal later.

Break the vegan dark chocolate into small pieces and place them in a heatproof bowl. Add the vegan butter and golden syrup.

Set the bowl over a saucepan of gently simmering water, ensuring the bottom of the bowl does not touch the water. Stir the mixture occasionally until it is completely melted and smooth.
