Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Sprinkle some of the sugar evenly over your work surface. Unroll the vegan puff pastry sheet onto the sugared surface, ensuring it is flat and even.
Sprinkle the remaining sugar evenly on top of the puff pastry sheet.
