  • 8 pieces Corn tortillas
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 15 ounces Canned refried beans
  • 2 pieces Ripe avocado
  • 1 piece Lime
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes
  • 0.5 piece Red onion
  • 0.5 cup Fresh cilantro
  • 1 cup Green cabbage
  • 1 piece Jalapeño

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Step 2

Brush both sides of the corn tortillas lightly with olive oil and place them on a baking sheet.

Bake in the preheated oven for about 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy.
