  • 0.75 cup Molasses
  • 0.5 cup Brown sugar
  • 0.5 cup Unsweetened applesauce
  • 0.5 cup Non-dairy milk (such as almond or soy)
  • 0.25 cup Vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease and line a 9x5 inch loaf pan with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking soda, ground ginger, cinnamon, ground cloves, and salt until well combined.
