Directions

Step 1

In a small bowl, mix the ground flaxseed with 3 tablespoons of water. Let it sit for about 5 minutes to thicken. This will act as our egg substitute.

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour and salt.

In another bowl, combine the almond milk, 0.5 cup of water, melted vegan butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and the prepared flaxseed mixture.
