  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 2 slices Vegan cheese slices
  • 4 slices Whole grain bread
  • 2 tablespoons Vegan mayonnaise
  • 1 small Tomato
  • 4 leaves Lettuce leaves

Directions

Step 1

Drain and pat dry the firm tofu with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.

Step 2

Crumble the tofu into a medium-sized bowl until it resembles scrambled eggs.

Step 3

Add the nutritional yeast, turmeric powder, black salt, and black pepper to the crumbled tofu. Mix well to coat evenly.
