  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons vegan margarine

Directions

Step 1

Start by preparing the cucumber. Wash the cucumber thoroughly and slice it into very thin rounds, preferably using a mandoline slicer for uniformity. Set the slices aside.

Step 2

In a medium bowl, combine the vegan cream cheese, finely chopped fresh dill, and chives. Add the lemon juice, salt, and black pepper, then mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated and the spread is smooth. Adjust seasoning to taste.
