  • 200 grams Sauerkraut
  • 4 slices Vegan Swiss cheese slices
  • 2 tablespoons Vegan butter

Directions

Step 1

In a medium mixing bowl, combine beet juice, apple cider vinegar, soy sauce, maple syrup, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and ground coriander to create the marinade.
