Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease a 9-inch round cake pan and line the bottom with parchment paper.

In a medium heatproof bowl, melt the vegan dark chocolate and coconut oil together over a pot of simmering water, stirring occasionally until smooth. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
