  • 0.5 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 2 Celery stalks, finely chopped
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Chopped fresh parsley

Directions

Step 1

Place the soy curls in a medium-sized bowl and pour over the hot vegetable broth. Let them soak for 10 minutes until they are rehydrated and soft.

Step 2

Once rehydrated, drain the soy curls thoroughly by pressing gently to remove excess liquid. Optionally, use a clean kitchen towel to squeeze out extra moisture.
