  • 2 heads Romaine lettuce
  • 2 tablespoons Nutritional yeast

  • 2 tablespoons Tahini
  • 1/4 cup Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 4 slices Whole grain bread
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Cut the whole grain bread slices into small cubes to form croutons. Spread the cubes on a baking sheet.

Drizzle 2 tablespoons of olive oil over the bread cubes, then sprinkle 1 teaspoon of garlic powder and 1/4 teaspoon of salt. Toss everything together to coat evenly.
