  • 30 grams Granulated sugar

  • 300 milliliters Unsweetened almond milk
  • 50 grams Vegan butter
  • 15 milliliters Olive oil

Directions

Step 1

In a small saucepan, gently heat the almond milk and vegan butter until the butter is melted. Allow it to cool slightly until warm to the touch but not hot.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, instant yeast, sugar, and salt. Mix well to combine the dry ingredients.

Pour the warm almond milk and melted butter mixture into the dry ingredients. Add the olive oil and mix until a rough dough forms.

Turn the dough out onto a floured surface and knead for about 8-10 minutes until the dough becomes smooth and elastic.
