  • 300 ml Ice cold sparkling water
  • 500 ml Vegetable oil

Step 1

Begin by preparing the batter: In a large mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, baking powder, salt, black pepper, and turmeric powder. Mix well to ensure even distribution of the ingredients.

Gradually add the ice cold sparkling water to the dry ingredients, whisking continuously to form a smooth and slightly thick batter. Make sure there are no lumps. Set the batter aside to rest for a few minutes.
