  • 240 grams all-purpose flour

  • 60 milliliters plant-based milk
  • 60 milliliters coconut oil, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 50 grams chopped walnuts (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x5 inch loaf tin or line it with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas with a fork or potato masher until smooth.

Add the brown sugar, plant-based milk, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract to the mashed bananas. Mix well until fully combined.
