  • 2.5 cups Unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons Garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons Onion powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1.5 teaspoons Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 3 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs (gluten-free if needed)
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Step 2

Cook the elbow macaroni according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

In a high-speed blender, combine the soaked cashews, nutritional yeast, almond milk, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, turmeric, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Blend until smooth and creamy.
