Directions

Step 1

Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add 1 tablespoon of avocado oil.

Step 2

Cook the vegan burger patties in the skillet for about 4-5 minutes per side, until nicely browned and heated through. Sprinkle salt and black pepper to taste. Once cooked, place one slice of vegan cheddar cheese on each patty and cover the skillet briefly to melt the cheese.
