  • 8 slices Vegan bacon
  • 4 slices Whole wheat sandwich bread
  • 2 tablespoons Vegan butter
  • 2 tablespoons Tomato ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons Vegan mayonnaise
  • 0.25 teaspoons Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoons Black pepper
  • 4 Lettuce leaves

Directions

Step 1

Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.

Add the vegan bacon slices to the skillet and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until crispy. Remove from the pan and set aside.

In the same skillet, add a bit of vegan butter and toast the bread slices until golden brown on both sides.
