Ingredients

  • 6 slices Vegan bacon slices
  • 3 rolls Vegan bread rolls (baps)
  • 3 tablespoons Vegan butter
  • 3 tablespoons Tomato ketchup
  • 3 tablespoons Vegan mayonnaise
  • 6 leaves Lettuce leaves
  • 1 medium Tomato
  • 0.25 teaspoons Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoons Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat a non-stick pan over medium heat.

Step 2

Add the vegan bacon slices to the pan and cook them for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until they are crispy and golden brown. Remove from the pan and set aside.

Step 3

While the bacon is cooking, slice the tomato into thin rounds. Set aside.

Step 4

Cut each bread roll in half horizontally. Spread about 1 tablespoon of vegan butter evenly on the inside of each half.

Step 5

Place the buttered sides down on a separate, preheated, non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Toast the rolls for about 2-3 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from the heat and set aside.

Step 6

Spread 1 tablespoon of vegan mayonnaise on the bottom half of each toasted roll.

Step 7

Add two lettuce leaves on top of the mayonnaise, followed by a couple of slices of tomato.

Step 8

Sprinkle a pinch of salt and black pepper over the vegetables.

Place 2 slices of the cooked vegan bacon on top of the tomatoes for each roll.

Step 10

Finish by drizzling 1 tablespoon of tomato ketchup over the bacon.

Step 11

Place the top halves of the rolls over the fillings to complete the bap.

Step 12
