  • 2 tablespoons Nutritional yeast

  • 0.25 teaspoon Black salt (Kala Namak)
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 4 slices Vegan bacon slices
  • 2 slices Vegan cheese slices
  • 1 tablespoon Vegan butter
  • 2 rolls Vegan brioche rolls
  • 1 small, sliced Tomato
  • 1 ripe, sliced Avocado

Directions

Step 1

Drain the tofu and crumble it into small pieces to resemble scrambled eggs.

Step 2

In a medium bowl, mix the crumbled tofu with nutritional yeast, turmeric powder, black salt, and black pepper. Set aside.

Step 3

Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add the tofu mixture and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally until heated thoroughly and edges are slightly crispy.
