Warm 240 ml of plant-based milk in a small saucepan or microwave until lukewarm, not hot.
Add 56 g of vegan butter and stir until it melts into the milk.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the milk mixture with 7 g of active dry yeast and 50 g of granulated sugar. Stir and let it sit for about 10 minutes until frothy.
Add 440 g of all-purpose flour and 1 tsp of salt to the bowl and mix until a dough forms.
Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic. Then place it in a lightly greased bowl, cover with a clean cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
Once risen, punch down the dough and roll it out into a rectangle about 1 cm thick.
Spread 28 g of softened vegan butter evenly over the rolled dough.
Mix 100 g of brown sugar with 2 tbsp of ground cinnamon and sprinkle it evenly over the buttered dough.

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and bake the rolls for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
To make the frosting, beat together 120 g of vegan cream cheese, 28 g of softened vegan butter, 150 g of powdered sugar, and 1 tsp of vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
Once the rolls are baked, let them cool slightly, then spread the cream cheese frosting generously over the top before serving.
