Directions

Step 1

Begin by soaking the wooden skewers in water for at least 20 minutes to prevent them from burning when grilled.

In a medium bowl, mix together the soy sauce, olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, black pepper, and lemon juice to create a marinade.
