  • 4 large flour tortillas (vegan)
  • 1 sliced avocado
  • 0.25 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 0.5 cup salsa

Directions

Step 1

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add the diced onion and red bell pepper to the skillet and sauté for 5-6 minutes, or until the vegetables begin to soften.
