  • 4 slices vegan cheddar cheese slices
  • 2 pieces sub rolls or hoagie buns
  • 1 cup lettuce, shredded
  • 2 medium tomatoes, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons mustard

Directions

Step 1

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté for about 3 minutes, until soft and translucent.

Add the vegan ground beef to the skillet. Break it up with a spatula and cook for about 5-7 minutes until browned.
