Ingredients

  • 24 pieces Vegan ladyfingers
  • 240 ml Brewed strong coffee
  • 4 tablespoons Cocoa powder
  • 400 grams Vegan mascarpone
  • 100 grams Dark chocolate
  • 100 grams Granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 200 ml Coconut cream
  • 100 ml Unsweetened almond milk

Directions

Step 1

Start by brewing some strong coffee and set it aside to cool. You'll need it later to dip the ladyfingers.

Step 2

In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the dark chocolate in short intervals, stirring in between until completely melted and smooth. Let it cool slightly.

Step 3

In a mixing bowl, whip the coconut cream with granulated sugar and vanilla extract until light and fluffy.

Step 4

Add the melted dark chocolate to the coconut cream mixture and gently fold until fully combined and smooth.
