  • 1 cup Vegan semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon Coconut oil

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.

In a large bowl, cream together the vegan butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes. Use a hand mixer or stand mixer for best results.
