  • 180 ml Plant-based milk (such as almond, soy, or oat)
  • 75 ml Neutral plant-based oil (such as vegetable or canola)
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 100 grams Vegan dark chocolate chips
  • 6 tablespoons Orange marmalade
  • 200 grams Vegan chocolate frosting or ganache
  • 6 pieces Candied orange slices (optional, for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a 12-cup muffin tin with cupcake liners.

In a large mixing bowl, sift together the all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Stir in the granulated sugar and orange zest.
