  • 0.75 cup Vegan dark chocolate chips
  • 1 cup Almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon Apple cider vinegar

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line an 8-inch round cake pan with parchment paper.

In a small bowl, combine the almond milk and apple cider vinegar. Let it sit for 5 minutes to curdle, forming a vegan 'buttermilk'.
