Ingredients

  • 3 cups Rolled oats
  • 1 cup Raw almonds
  • 1 cup Raw pecans
  • 0.25 cup Unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 0.5 cup Maple syrup
  • 0.25 cup Coconut oil, melted
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 cup Vegan dark chocolate chips
  • 0.5 cup Dried cranberries

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, almonds, and pecans.

Step 3

In a small saucepan over low heat, combine the cocoa powder, maple syrup, melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, and salt. Stir continuously until the mixture is well combined and smooth.

Pour the chocolate mixture over the oat and nut mixture. Stir until everything is well coated.
