  • 2 cups Powdered sugar
  • 0.5 cup Vegan butter
  • 2 tablespoons Unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8-inch round cake pan and dust with flour, or line it with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt until well combined.

Add the almond milk, vegetable oil, apple cider vinegar, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Mix until you have a smooth batter with no lumps.
