Ingredients

  • 6 pieces plain rice cakes
  • 1 cup vegan dark chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon sea salt
  • 0.25 cup chopped nuts (such as almonds or walnuts)
  • 0.25 cup shredded coconut
  • 0.25 cup freeze-dried raspberries (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.

Step 2

In a small saucepan, add the vegan dark chocolate chips and coconut oil. Melt over low heat, stirring frequently until the mixture is smooth and completely melted.

Arrange the rice cakes on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each one.
