  • 1 large avocado
  • 1 cup corn kernels
  • 0.5 medium red onion
  • 1 large lime
  • 2 tablespoons chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 0.25 cup cilantro

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Drain and rinse the chickpeas. Spread them onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and pat dry with a paper towel.
