  • 1 15-ounce can Canned kidney beans
  • 1 15-ounce can Canned diced tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons Canned tomato paste
  • 1 medium Red onion
  • 3 cloves Garlic cloves
  • 2 tablespoons Chili powder
  • 1.5 teaspoons Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon Maple syrup
  • 1 cup Vegetable broth
  • 0.5 cup Nutritional yeast
  • 1 cup Raw cashews
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Mustard
  • 0.5 cup Water

Directions

Step 1

Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

Slice potatoes into 1/4-inch thick fries. Place fries in a bowl and toss with olive oil, salt, black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.
