Ingredients

  • 120 grams breadcrumbs

  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon coriander
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 whole burger buns
  • 4 leaves lettuce

Directions

Step 1

Rinse and drain the canned chickpeas thoroughly under cold water.

In a small bowl, mix the ground flaxseeds with water and set aside for about 10 minutes to thicken.
