  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped
  • 250 ml Vegetable broth

Directions

Step 1

Soak the cashews in hot water for at least 15 minutes, then drain them and set aside.

In a blender, combine the soaked cashews, 250 ml of water, lemon juice, nutritional yeast, Dijon mustard, dried thyme, salt, and black pepper. Blend until smooth and creamy.
