Ingredients

  • 8 pieces corn tostadas
  • 250 grams vegan chicken strips
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
  • 400 grams canned black beans
  • 1 small red onion
  • 2 pieces ripe avocados
  • 1 whole lime
  • 0.5 cup fresh cilantro
  • 200 grams cherry tomatoes
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the olive oil.

Add the vegan chicken strips to the skillet and cook for about 3 to 4 minutes until they are slightly browned.

Sprinkle the taco seasoning over the vegan chicken and stir well to coat. Cook for another 2 minutes.
