  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 0.5 teaspoons turmeric powder
  • 0.5 teaspoons black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 8 units wooden skewers

Directions

Step 1

Press the tofu for at least 20 minutes to remove excess water. Cut into 1-inch cubes.

Step 2

Soak the wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning during grilling.

Cut the red and green bell peppers and the red onion into 1-inch squares.
