  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 teaspoons Ginger, minced
  • 100 grams Peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons Lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon Chili powder
  • 10 Wooden skewers, soaked in water

Directions

Step 1

Start by preparing the marinade. In a large bowl, combine coconut milk, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, brown sugar, turmeric powder, cumin powder, minced garlic, and minced ginger. Mix well to combine.
