  • 500 milliliters vegetable broth
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 pieces pita bread
  • 1 medium cucumber
  • 2 medium tomato
  • 1 small red onion
  • 200 grams vegan tzatziki sauce
  • 1 bunch fresh parsley

Directions

Step 1

Place the dried soy curls in a large bowl and cover with hot vegetable broth. Let them soak for about 10 minutes until they are soft and rehydrated. Drain well and squeeze out the excess liquid.

Step 2

In a separate bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, dried oregano, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Whisk the marinade until well blended.

Add the drained soy curls to the marinade bowl, stirring to coat evenly. Let them marinate for at least 10 minutes, allowing the flavors to be absorbed.
